To the Prince of Seattle,
I would not want to waste your time giving excuses on how I got the stain, except to assure you that it was due to situations outside my control, and not a conscious decision on my part. I will be doing everything in my power to ensure similar situations do not happen again.
I do understand that my character is now in question, however, and if there’s a way that I can remove such suspicions, any equivalent thing I can do, I am more than eager to perform such tasks.
With regard to my Mawla, he was not aware of my history, but I will be making him aware of the situation and hopefully, he will forgive me for my transgression.
Again, let me reiterate my desire to be back in the Ivory Tower’s good graces and my willingness to perform any commensurate tasks needed.
